Staff were professional but not very friendly in our opinion, for the money value, it was too much we felt. Cups/bowls/coffee were not replenished for one of the days, paper plates not replenished the whole time there.(had a kitchenette) Our hotel room floor not vacuumed in the 4 days we were there. For 120 per night, should have superior service....disappointed, will try another hotel next time. Would expect this from a lower end hotel, not this one.

Breakfast was the best thing out of the stay.
Hotel was under renovation which made us track white powdery substance from the hallway into our room. Everything was new in the room. Staff didn't take time to take off plastic coverings to the lamp cord and plug in the lamps and phones. We had to ask for scissors to cut off the plastic from the sofa sleeper. The room was not ready for guests especially for the price we paid.
